More multi-sport success for WADAC

Many congratulations to Sam Aplin on becoming an Age Group World Champion at the ITU Duathlon (run/bike/run) World Championships in held in Aviles Spain over the weekend. Sam and her coach Martin Davis are regularly training with our senior endurance athletes on a Tuesday evening, do say hello and congratulate her.

nCongratulations also to India Lee continuing her fine run of results by winning the elite ladies event at the Blenheim Triathlon.....also regularly training with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, usually on the grass.
