Tickets released for end of year summer party

Come and join us for the annual Wadac end of summer party.
nOpen to all members and their families with lots of fun and games for everyone.
nThe event will take place at the IBM Clubhouse, Hursley, with lots of outdoor and indoor space, between 2pm and 6pm with the barbecue taking place at 4pm.
nSome of the club’s awards will be handed out.
nEither come with your own picnic or enjoy the lovely barbecue. You must order the barbecue when you buy your ticket as you will not be able to purchase the barbecue food on the day.
nPrices are:
nEntry only (no food) £2.50 per person or £7.50 per family (up to 6 members)
nEntry and Adult Barbecue £9.50 (chicken and burger and hot dog and three different salads)
nEntry and U16 Child Barbecue £5.00 (burger or hot dog and salad)

nHot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages available at the bar. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and the event is not open to the public (only members and their families).
