Liv goes over 40m

Olivia Busher broke the 40m barrier for the first time in the UK javelin competition held at Lee Valley in North London on Sunday. Liv came 4th on the day but was the first girl who was bottom of the U17 age group.This breaks liv's own U17 womens club record that she set as an U15 last year and with another year in the age group to go, Liv continues her tremendous progress with the 500g spear.

I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
