Virtual Grand Prix - End of Season 1

Virtual Grand Prix #1 is now finished.
nVirtual Grand Prix #2 will start from September. It will likely also include some real races as racing gradually returns to normality.
nLike VGP#1, the #2 competition:
n
n· will be Age-Adjusted,
n· non-runners will be treated as if they finished 5 places after the slowest runner,
n
n· one in every four races will be discounted, i.e. a runner’s worst 25% finishing places will be ignored.

I have helped out with club IT for several years inlcluding setting up the club’s Microsoft 365 for email, Teams etc and web site migraiton. Occasional parkrun run director, still enjoying my running though never got anywhere near a podium!
