nA few highlights
n30% of club members completed the survey
nOpportunity to compete, regular activity and health and fitness are the top reasons people join WADAC
nOver 80% of members are satisfied that the club delivers these goals
nMore than 60% of members enjoy Track and Field
nAn overwhelming majority of members compete for the club during a year
nNearly 50% of members have volunteered to help with club activities
nDozens of people are interested in various volunteer roles - BUT we can’t identify you from the survey, PLEASE email chair@wadac.org.uk
nIt’s official, members think WADAC is a great experience
nThe preferred communication tools are email (from the club) and WhatsApp within groups
nThe club is great value for money

nAlso captured with the survey are many individual comments which are not being published to preserve the anonymity of responders. There did not appear to be any strong common themes behind these and it will take a little time for people with more detailed knowledge of the current processes to drill down into them.
nSo, the next step is to sift through the very many detailed comments and tease out a few actions which will make the club even better.
