Kathryn takes bronze sprint double at British Masters Indoor Champs

Whilst the UK Senior champs was being held in Birmingham this weekend, the Masters athletes were also staging their British indoor championships at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield.Kathryn Miles (Coach Elias Mtshweni) had a championships to remember as she collected two bronze medals and two new age group club records in the process.On the Saturday Kathryn ran 29.91 secs to win her heat in the 200m and in doing so recorded the 3rd fastest overall time to take the bronze medal and a new age group club indoor record. Kathryn returned on the Sunday to run 8.65 secs in the 60m again taking 3rd place and setting a new club indoor age group record.This completes a remarkable 3 consecutive weeks of competition for Kathryn who has got faster with every race and congratulations also to Coach Elias who has got Kathryn in great shape for the highlight of the Masters indoor season the British Masters Champs.
