Weekend track & field preview

The weekends really do bring a feast of track & field athletics just now and this weekend is no different.
nI have had a look at the start lists and can't find any WADAC names on the entries for the British 10,000m champs or the night of the 10,000m pb's as it is more commonly known a fantasticly innovative event held at Parliament Hill tonight but there will of course be lots of WADAC athletes representing the club in our first SAL league match at Eton today.
nTomorrow sees the traditional International seasoner opener the Loughborough International and it is fantastic to see 4 WADAC athletes on the start lists. Annie Mann (coach James Mann) will of course be making her GB juniors debut in the famous purple bodysuit in the George Gandy mile race and in addition Toby Cooke (self coached), Alex Beck (coach Mark Upton) and Arabella Wilson (coach Andy Fisher) have all be invited to appear in guest races in the 3000m, 400m and 400mh respectively.
nMonday evening will see the vets in action in their 2nd Hampshire vets league match of the season taking place in Southampton.
